ACG 2025: A Year of Connection, Collaboration and Clear Skies Ahead
by Rebecca Foster
As we close out the year, it’s hard not to reflect on just how much ground — and airspace — AirCargoGroup has covered together.
Today, ACG proudly connects 92 members across 86 countries, and this year reminded us that while the network continues to grow in size, its real strength lies in the relationships behind it.
One of the highlights of the year was coming together in São Paulo, Brazil for Intermodal, where we shared a co-located booth with WWA (Worldwide Alliance) — a natural collaboration given the many members we have in common — alongside Allink Neutral Logistics Brazil. It was a fantastic event filled with energy, great conversations, and plenty of fun. We had the opportunity to reconnect with long-standing South American partners and meet exciting potential new clients, reinforcing ACG’s growing footprint in the region.
We were joined by representatives from SACO Latam offices, Mahe Colombia, SACO Europe, PCS Costa Rica, Sifa France, SimplyCargo UK, Neutral Logistics Dominican Republic, Shipco Transport USA, and Interteam Mexico, as well as myself and three members of the ACG Board of Directors. The diversity and engagement at the booth truly reflected the collaborative spirit of the network.
Our AGM alongside Transport Logistic in Munich once again proved to be a cornerstone event for ACG. It offered members valuable face-to-face time to strengthen trade lanes and build meaningful partnerships, while also providing direct access to airlines, vendors, and clients across the exhibition floor. Importantly, Munich also marked the first board meeting of the year, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, alignment, and strategic direction.
The second board meeting took place in Manchester, combined with a special invitation to attend the 35th anniversary celebration of Cargo Overseas, the freight forwarding sister company of SimplyCargo Wholesale. The evening was nothing short of memorable — marked by music, dancing, opera singers, a touch of literal magic, and plenty of laughter. It was a powerful reminder that strong business relationships are built not only in boardrooms, but also through shared moments.
While we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved, we’re equally excited about what’s ahead. 2026 is shaping up to be a year of momentum, with new initiatives, conferences, and opportunities on the horizon.
Please keep an eye out for our January newsletter, where we’ll be sharing more detail on our plans and events for the year ahead.
On a personal note, I’d like to wish all our members a safe and blessed festive season spent with friends and loved ones. Thank you for your continued trust and support — I truly look forward to all that 2026 has to offer and to continuing this journey together.
