They are also located in the French overseas territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Mayotte, and Reunion), with regular Air & Sea consolidations from France to these islands.
In France, they have their own facilities at CDG Airport, right on the runway, with a bonded warehouse of 3500 Sqm and their own X-ray machine, allowing them to secure and tender the freight rapidly, avoiding long queues at the handlers’ premises.

What’s in a name
SIFA is the acronym for “Société d’Importation Franco Antillaise”. Indeed, when originally founded in 1951, the company was importing bananas from the French West Indies. Having its own contract with ocean and air carriers, this is how SIFA set a foot in the Freight Forwarding industry and became a Key player in France and the French West Indies!
